By judgment of November 26th, 2025, the Second Chamber of the District Court of Luxembourg, sitting in commercial matters, declared the insolvency of FERRALUM METALS GROUP Sàrl, having its registered offices at L-1660 Luxembourg, 60, Grand-Rue. All creditors of the insolvency, including bondholders, must file their claim with the Second Chamber of the District Court of Luxembourg. Update 2 : the declaration of claim must be accompanied by supporting documents, enabling the curator to verify the validity of the claim. Submitting only a proof of claim form is insufficient in that regard.
